Le pergole SHELTER 90-140, sono il sistema di copertura mobile in alluminio adatto ad installazioni aeree a sbalzo.

Sostenute in corrispondenza delle guide da tiranti in acciaio inox con relative staffe a parete, sono realizzabili con guide 140 o 90: SHELTER 140 è realizzabile fino ad un massimo di 4 guide. La dimensione massima è di 14 mt di larghezza e di 4,5 mt in sporgenza. SHELTER 90 è realizzabile fino ad massimo di 4 guide. La dimensione massima di 12 mt in larghezza di 3,5 mt in sporgenza.

PERGOLAS SHELTER

Shelter 140\90 is a covering system in aluminum for aerial overhanging installations, which is supported, by the position of the guides, from stainless steel tie rods and related wall brackets.

The structure is supported in correspondence with the upper parts of the guides by stainless steel tie rods/ struts and related wall brackets. Tailor-made, scrupulous verification of the anchorage points is required, via communication with the Arquati Technical Dept. Wind resistance is guaranteed minimum to grade 6 of the Beaufort Scal.

SHELTER 140 can be manufactured with up to max. 4 guides. The maximum dimension is 14 m width and 4.5 m projection.

SHELTER 90 can be manufactured with up to max. 4 guides. The maximum dimension of 12 m width and 3.5 m projection. The guide has a section of 6.6 x 13.5 cm for the 140 version. The guide has a section of 5.1 x 9 cm for the 90 version. The cover, with folding closure, moves via motor or winch (up to a max. 350 cm).

SKIPPER è la chiusura verticale avvolgibile per pergole, dotata di guide laterali complete di sistema zip, che la rendono idonea per la protezione da sole, pioggia e vento.

La struttura realizzata in alluminio è garantita al grado 6 della scala Beaufort fino a 450 cm x H 300 cm (classe 3 – secondo UNI EN 13561:2009, UNI EN 13782:2006 ed Eurocodici Strutturali).

Skipper è realizzata con cassonetto apribile ed ispezionabile, ed è dotata di una guarnizione superiore esterna che unisce perfettamente il profilo con il soffitto. Nella sagoma del cassonetto è prevista una sede per l’inserimento di sistemi di scorrimento per tendaggi supplementari. Le guide, con meccanismo di compensazione a molla, permettono alla struttura di adattare le alterazioni e le sollecitazioni subite dal telo in larghezza.

Specifica caratteristica di Skipper è il fissaggio del cassonetto al supporto a soffitto con molla CLICK BLOCK, e la compensazione delle guide sulle imperfezioni dei muri laterali attraverso un sistema di bussole telescopiche a vite. La guarnizione laterale delle guide, applicata sia sul lato interno che sul lato esterno del profilo guida, è stata progettata con una parte “strappabile”, al fine di ottimizzare la dimensione della guarnizione agli spazi.

PERGOLAS SKIPPER

Skipper is a vertical closing roller awning with lateral guides and zip system, which make it suitable for protection against sun, rain and wind. The structure is in aluminium and wind resistance is guaranteed to force 6 of the Beaufort Scale up to 450 cm x H 300 c.

Skipper is manufactured with a box that can be opened and inspected and also has an upper external seal, which perfectly connects the profile with the ceiling. The box envisions a seat for introduction of running systems for additional awnings. The guides, with spring compensation mechanism, all the structure to adapt the alterations and stress undergone by the cover widthways. The size of the awning depends on the type of fabric and application of the same, and can reach a width of 550 cm by 350 cm height.

Skipper is moved by winch control or with tubular operator with built-in radio control and electronic limit switch.

A specific feature of Skipper is the fixing of the box to the ceiling support with CLICK BLOCK spring and the compensation of the guides on the imperfection of the side walls using a screw interlocking system.

WALL 140\90, is a mobile cover system with aluminium structure suitable for overhead wall-to-wall installations. The guides are anchored using relevant stainless steel brackets positioned at the ends of each guide profile. Minimum wind resistance is guaranteed to force 6 of the Beaufort Scale.

The cover is moved by carriages that run inside guides, driven by a belt with steel wires, guided by a belt pulley. The cover moves via coaxial motor designed to guarantee easier assembly and maintenance. PVC profiles are envisioned as per standard on the guides, which prevent the infiltration of water.

Le pergole FREE si contraddistinguono per il loro design inconfondibile e per l’adattabilità alle grandi dimensioni. Formate dalla meccanica Flag ed un portale in acciaio, permettono di creare una struttura a doppia falda.

Struttura in carpenteria metallica con profili di cm 12×12 completi di fazzoletti di rinforzo e innesti di collegamento. Gli elementi di unione tra i pilastri e travi posteriori del portale sono interni ai profili, non visibili quindi dall’esterno. Tutti gli elementi strutturali sono protetti da zincatura e successiva verniciatura a polveri. La struttura è disponibile nei colori antracite ANTRA24, bianco 9016 e marrone 8017, avorio 1013.

Free is a freestanding aluminum pergola. The design is the distinctive sign of the pergola Free.

This means a double-span structure can be created by simply introducing a Flag from behind the Free. Metal framework with 12×12 cm profiles complete with gusset plates and couplings. The coupling elements between the pillars and rear beams of the portal are inside the profiles, therefore invisible from the outside. All structural elements are protected by galvanisation and successive powder painting

ROOF 140, structure deriving from Flag 140; it is a mobile cover system with structure completely in aluminium. ROOF 140 is an aluminium pergola used for overhead installations between two walls. SELF, pergole in Alluminio/Ferro a quadrupla Gronda. Eleganti e robuste allo stesso tempo, sono idonee ad applicazioni sia in case private, sia in luoghi pubblici.

La copertura è in opatex ad impacchettamento. I frangivento sono pre calandrati per garantire robustezza e il deflusso dell’acqua nelle gronde. Le gronde completamente cablabili sono dotate di un sistema di insonorizzazione antigoccia. Self, inoltre, non ha bisogno di essere ancorata a terra.

PERGOLAS SELF

Self is an aluminum/iron pergola with quadruple rain gutter. The opatex fabric is refolded. The wind-break bars are pre-calendered in order to grant a good robustness and the water discharge into the four rain gutter. All rain gutter are completely wireable and equipped with an anti-drip soundproofing system. Moreover Self does not need to be fixed on the floor.

With a classic and elegant structure, SELF is a tailormade flat mobile cover, in aluminium and steel for protection against the sun and rain.

The cover is moved as per standard by a radiocontrolled motor for carriages that run inside the guides, driven by a belt with steel wires, guided by a belt pulley. The structure is realised using 4 galvanised and painted pillars with section of 20×20 onto which 4 perimeter bands are mounted, composed of 3 aluminium profiles.
